Nigeria between 1986 and 1989, after which he floated his own private companies – Archigraphics Nigeria Limited and Chrisline Ventures Limited in Lagos , Nigeria .

He pioneered the New Covenant Church in Lagos at the same time and continued in private business until 1992 when he was called into full-time pastoral ministry. And having proved his ministry over time he was formally ordained in September 1995 under the New Covenant Church International where he served until late 2005 when he started Lifeline Bible Church in Lagos , Nigeria and now oversees the work. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Church.

He is happily married to Monininuola Ajibike, an Analytical Chemist and professional Chemistry teacher who is also an ordained preacher and minister of God. Their marriage is blessed with a godly and brilliant son, Israel .

He is a powerful and prolific writer, preacher and teacher of the word of God who emphasizes righteousness and integrity in all matters of life, and is fully committed to the discipleship process and training of Christian workers. He is a seasoned administrator and marriage counsellor and ministers in several Christian Conferences and Church programmes both within and outside Nigeria .
